Workpay is a Stripe-powered project payment productivity platform for service businesses, vendors, freelancers, agencies, consultants, customers, and project-based businesses. Workpay helps users manage:

Workpay is not a bank, wallet, payment gateway, licensed financial institution, or licensed escrow provider. Payments are processed by third-party payment infrastructure providers. Workpay provides the software layer for project payment management, milestone tracking, approvals, and trust workflow.

We may collect different types of information depending on how you use Workpay.

We use information to operate, improve, secure, and support Workpay. We may use your information to:

• Create and manage user accounts

• Create and manage projects
• Generate project payment links

Payments made through Workpay are processed by third-party payment infrastructure providers. When you make or receive payments through Workpay, your payment-related information may be processed by those providers according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Workpay may receive payment status, transaction IDs, payout status, refund status, chargeback status, and related metadata from payment providers to operate the project and milestone workflow. Workpay does not store full card details, full card numbers, or card security codes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only where necessary to operate Workpay, comply with law, protect users, or provide services. We may share information with:

Users should not upload confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary for the project.

Deleting your account may remove access to your dashboard, projects, payment links, milestones, uploaded files, and platform history.

Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send service-related communications, such as:

• Account alerts
• Security messages
• Payment status notifications

Workpay is intended for business and professional users. Workpay is not directed to children or minors. Users must be legally capable of using the platform and entering into agreements.

If we become aware that we have collected information from a child without proper authorization, we may delete the information.

Workpay may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or policies of third-party websites or services.
